RMA CLAIM
Customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim warranty. Customer will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. IT Access reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. IT Access cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY
Physical damage to any product purchased from IT Access will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, IT Access will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer's expense.
